Niching Down To Create Traction | Ep 28

Luke Kish

Most people are afraid to niche down to begin... I do agree, to scale you want to be broad.

But to break through you have to be specific in how you show up, and who you try and talk to.

Take my profile for example.

Right now I am making it clear that I understand online fitness coaching, by explaining businesses concepts and relating them to online fitness.

Why? I want to staff my company aka attract people with this kind of business, and then buy other $1-3 Million dollar fitness coaching business and build them up to my size.

If I explained these same concepts without specificity around fitness, I would talk to a broader market, not get as much traction, and also not attract who I want to be listening to me.

Make sense? Niche to break through - then easier to broaden and scale with name / brand equity already existent and following already started.
